Job summary

The Retail Service Specialist supports store operations, handles customer service, manages store appearance, and may assume shift management responsibilities, with an emphasis on excellent customer interactions and store process adherence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, and prior retail or auto parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support store management in sales, customer service, and daily operations while assuming shift management duties in their absence. Lead team members in executing customer service programs and ensuring efficient processing of orders, returns, and store security procedures.

Qualifications

ASE Certification Auto parts retail experience Automotive systems knowledge Communication Skills Customer Service Multi-language Fluency Process Management Supervision

Requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive repair knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in Spanish.
