Job summary

Assist with setup, support, and breakdown of activations at Miami soccer matches, ensuring a quality event experience and safety for fans, partners, and staff.

Responsibilities

Set up, support, and break down partner activations at match-day locations, including the Fan Zone, terraces, suites, and stadium areas. Assist partner staff and agencies with event logistics while working with the Activation Lead and team to deliver a positive experience for partners and fans.

Qualifications

Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management, event management, hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, and should be proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with fans and partners. The role requires availability for home matches and select events, reliable transportation, flexible hours, the ability to stand and move for more than seven hours outdoors, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
