BlueOptima is seeking a senior Lead Product Manager to own a critical product's strategy and roadmap, collaborating with executive leadership, engineering, design, and sales teams to drive growth, retention, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will own the strategic roadmap for a business-critical product, ensuring alignment with key metrics like NRR and MAUs. They will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers, and mentor product team members.

Qualifications

AI/ML Knowledge B2B SaaS Sales Data Analysis Mentoring Product Management Roadmap Development Stakeholder Engagement Strategic Planning Technical Leadership User Experience (UX)

Candidates must have experience selling B2B SaaS and AI products into large, regulated organizations. A strong, data-driven approach to product leadership and the ability to hold technical conversations with engineers and executives are required.
