Job summary

The Project Manager II supporting Aurora's Command Center Operations will lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational performance, and support the evolution of Aurora’s commercial operations. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating with various teams, and driving technology adoption, all while ensuring safety and operational effectiveness. The role requires at least 5 years of project or operations management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create structure in complex, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen Command Center operations and drive continuous improvement across the organization. They are responsible for managing project lifecycles, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of operational processes and technologies.

Qualifications
