Job summary

Seeking a Mission Systems Engineer with extensive experience in payload conceptual development, selection, integration, and validation for autonomous air systems in defense. Responsible for designing, modeling, validating, and managing subsystem requirements and vendor engagement to achieve mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Mission Systems Engineer will architect and validate autonomous multi-function payload solutions while managing internal and subcontractor development efforts. They will conduct system trades and utilize physics-based modeling to ensure mission outcomes are successfully delivered to customers.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and over 10 years of domain expertise in communications, sensors, and effector systems. A minimum of 8 years in payload integration and validation is required, along with a strong background in engineering or science.
