Job summary

A Global Account Manager manages and develops existing customer accounts in cloud managed services and XaaS offerings, building strong relationships, ensuring renewal and growth, and working collaboratively with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

The Global Account Manager will own and develop a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention and identifying new growth opportunities within Private and Hybrid Cloud services. They will act as a trusted strategic advisor, leading commercial cycles and coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a proven track record in global or strategic account management within IT Managed Services or Cloud environments. Strong commercial awareness, expertise in cloud architectures, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential for this role.
