Responsibilities

The Analyst Quality Engineer will manage day-to-day quality issues on the production floor and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and ISO requirements. They are responsible for developing quality plans, performing measurement systems analysis, and driving root cause corrective actions for quality-related issues.

Qualifications

8D DOE FMEA Gaging and inspection techniques GD&T Lean PPAP SPC Systems/process improvement TQM

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate’s degree with a technical focus, combined with at least 5 years of applicable experience. Proficiency in gaging, inspection techniques, GD&T, and various process improvement tools like SPC, FMEA, and Lean is required.
