Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in home care settings, following doctors' orders, monitoring conditions, documenting observations, and performing autonomous skills in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

The nurse will travel to client homes to perform one-to-one skilled nursing care, including assessments and monitoring of patient conditions. They are responsible for executing and documenting doctors' orders and observations while building relationships with patients and their families.

Qualifications
