Job summary

Provides portfolio-level or major-program oversight of project controls services. Balances technical leadership with increased responsibility for people leadership, client advisory support, and account participation. Its key duties include overseeing project controls delivery, establishing strategies and governance, advising clients, mentoring staff, influencing staffing, and improving tools and standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee project controls delivery at the portfolio or major-program level, establishing delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures while advising client stakeholders. Mentor project controls leaders, influence staffing and delivery models, and contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 13 years of related experience, and at least two years of management experience; a master's degree and certification are preferred. Candidates need advanced project controls expertise, strong client consulting and communication skills, experience with cost and schedule management software, and experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.
