Job summary

The ALLEX Program Participant - Supply Chain is a rotational program for college students to gain practical experience in the industrial gas industry, focusing on technical, operational, project, and business functions, with the opportunity to work on challenging projects and transition into full-time roles.

Responsibilities

Participants will engage in a 24-month rotational program across technical, operations, project, or business functions to develop industry knowledge and practical skills. They will collaborate with various teams on challenging projects to foster innovation and contribute to organizational goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business with a minimum 3.2 GPA and an expected graduation of May 2027. Applicants must have previous co-op or intern experience and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
