Job summary

Join our dynamic team as a Director of Product Management, where you'll lead and drive the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of Payments product offerings. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product management expertise. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands, enhance customer experience, and align with our business objectives. This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, leading teams, collaborating across functions, engaging customers, conducting market research, and managing product lifecycle. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, 7+ years of product management experience, 5 years leadership experience, with skills in product strategy, Agile methodologies, and team management.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision and execution of payments product offerings while managing a team of product managers. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality products that align with market demands.
