Job summary

The Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding at Cloudbeds leads the onboarding team for mid-market hospitality customers, overseeing the deployment from contract to transition, building scalable frameworks, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive hospitality experience, leadership skills, project management expertise, and a data-driven approach to optimize onboarding velocity and deployment quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the mid-market onboarding function, guiding customers from contract signature to go-live and transition to Account Management. Establish standardized frameworks, metrics, and staffing plans to ensure high deployment quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Cross-functional Collaboration Customer Onboarding Data Analysis Framework Development Hospitality Industry Knowledge KPI Monitoring Multi-property Deployment Project Management Strategic Planning Team Leadership

Requires 7+ years of experience in hospitality or hospitality technology with a proven track record of leading customer-facing implementation teams. Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to operate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
