Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in fraud prevention and data-driven architecture to develop anti-fraud solutions across web, mobile, and 3D platforms. The role involves developing backend services, risk prevention, ML model support, and communication between multidisciplinary teams to protect the community and platform revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop backend services and fraud platform components to detect and prevent theft, scams, and money laundering. Act as a Tech Lead to drive the technical roadmap and risk defense strategy for the economy fraud domain.

Qualifications

API design data analysis data mining distributed systems machine learning NoSQL risk prevention scientific computing SQL statistical modeling

Requires 4+ years of experience with scalable distributed systems and a degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field. Must have strong expertise in data-driven architecture and experience in risk prevention or analytical work.
