Job summary

Support independence by providing personal care, medication assistance, mobility help, meal prep, domestic duties, and companionship to clients in their homes as a Care Assistant. The role involves building relationships, monitoring health, and working with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide essential homecare support to vulnerable adults, including personal care, medication assistance, and light domestic duties. Build meaningful relationships with clients to help them maintain their dignity and independence in their own homes.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are strictly required. Ideally, candidates should have 6 months of social care experience and the right to work in the UK.
