Job summary

Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in an assisted living facility, administer medications, support residents' independence, and document care. Assist with developing care plans, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

The LPN will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and maintain accurate health records for residents according to their service plans. They will also monitor resident well-being, report changes to the Registered Nurse, and assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable community environment.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and possess strong communication and documentation skills. Previous experience in assisted living or senior care is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
