Job summary

The role involves working on infrastructure and tooling that power Kalepa’s core platform, including maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, ensuring security and compliance, improving infrastructure performance, optimizing system cost, and collaborating with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns. The position requires experience in cloud-based systems, DevOps, system design, and scripting in Python, with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

You will maintain and optimize the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational workflows that power the company's AI platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system scalability, security, and reliability.

Cloud environments Debugging Docker Performance tuning Python Relational databases Security and compliance Serverless technologies System design Terraform

Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience with strong fundamentals in system design and cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Docker is required, along with a proven ability to drive projects to completion independently.
