Job summary

Registered Nurse responsible for providing patient-centered care, developing care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing nursing plans that address the physical, psychological, and social needs of diverse patients. They also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while utilizing evidence-based practices and quality improvement methods.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma from an accredited school of nursing and possess active BLS and RN licenses in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Previous experience as an RN in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
