Job summary

The Staff RN in Medical Unit 1 provides general nursing care to patients within a team-based, innovative healthcare setting, focusing on assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, while actively participating in process improvement to ensure safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provides general nursing care to patients and families within a multidisciplinary team on a medical-surgical unit. Responsibilities include performing health assessments, documenting nursing interventions, and participating in process improvement activities.

Qualifications

Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Ohio Board of Nursing and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. No prior years of experience are required for this position.
