Job summary

The role involves leading end-to-end software development for next-generation Chiplet-based SiP, encompassing architecture, tape-out, silicon debug, and software productization across AI, CPU, Memory, and I/O domains. Requires expertise in silicon development and program management, managing complex programs from pre-silicon to post-silicon stages, with a focus on AI supercomputers.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end software development for next-generation chiplet-based systems from architecture to productization. Coordinate multi-year roadmaps across silicon, firmware, and runtime teams while managing vendor integrations and CI/CD frameworks.

Qualifications

Chiplet Integration CI/CD Hardware-Software Co-design Heterogeneous Compute Architectures Program Management Risk Management Silicon Development Software Roadmaps System-level Design Vendor Management

Requires 10+ years of experience in technical program management or chip-level engineering, including at least 2 years with multi-chip/chiplet systems. Must have a strong understanding of hardware-software codesign and experience managing programs with 40+ engineers.
