Responsibilities

The registered nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. They collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while utilizing evidence-based practices and information technology to improve patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. At least one year of acute care experience and a BSN degree are strongly preferred.
