Job summary

The Resource Nurse (RN) in Rehabilitation provides direct patient care, oversees respiratory care and clinical outcomes, performs assessments, administers nursing interventions, documents accurately, and participates in interdisciplinary team planning to ensure safety and high-quality recovery processes.

Responsibilities

The Resource Nurse provides direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, and interdisciplinary coordination. They also oversee respiratory care, perform clinical audits, and assist with staff reeducation.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited nursing program and possess a current state Registered Nurse license. CPR/BCLS certification is required, while ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred.
