Responsibilities

The Home Health Registered Nurse provides personalized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication administration. They collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans while overseeing the work of Home Health Aides.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing along with a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license and CPR certification. Experience in Med-Surg, ICU, ER, or acute care settings is required, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
