Job summary

Seeking a Staff Electrical Systems Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead development and production support of electrical systems for aerospace and defense platforms, supporting manufacturability, process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in high-pressure, small-batch to mass production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the manufacturing engineering activities for electrical and avionics systems from prototype through full-rate production. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and producibility.

Qualifications

Aerospace Electrical Systems DFM/DFA Electrical Systems Electrical Troubleshooting EWIS standards Manufacturing Processes PCB/PCBA Quality Standards Root Cause Analysis Wiring Harness

Requires at least 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience with complex electrical systems and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field. Candidates must have deep experience in prototype manufacturing and proficiency in electrical integration, troubleshooting, and DFM/DFA principles.
