Job summary

The Project Manager supports the Site Project Manager on the Hinkley Point C nuclear power project, overseeing daily site activities, managing interfaces with contractors, and ensuring project delivery in safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Responsibilities include planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and compliance with nuclear standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned project work packages at Hinkley Point C safely and in compliance with nuclear standards, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, site readiness, and day-to-day activities. Lead interfaces with NNB, alliance partners, suppliers, and contractors while maintaining project controls, reporting progress, and resolving or escalating risks and constraints.

Candidates need substantial experience delivering complex engineering projects in regulated industries, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams and management of customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience are sought, alongside knowledge of CDM, NEC contracts and change processes, mechanical installation, and nuclear safety; CCNSG is required.
