This role involves shaping the strategy and enabling a global team of Field Engineers to evolve from technical builders into trusted business advisors through influence, AI-driven programs, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

You will define and execute the global strategy for customer skills within the Field Engineering organization to elevate engineers into trusted business advisors. This involves building AI-powered enablement programs, designing executive engagement frameworks, and partnering with leadership to embed these skills into hiring and performance management.
