Job summary

The Applications Engineer develops technical and commercial proposals for water treatment projects, supporting business development by evaluating customer needs, designing solutions, performing process calculations, selecting equipment, estimating costs, and preparing proposals. Must have experience with membrane technologies like RO, UF, NF, MBR, and water treatment processes. Coordinates with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop technical and commercial proposals for industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design treatment solutions, perform process calculations, and support the sales cycle from qualification to project handoff.

Qualifications

Equipment Sizing Membrane Bioreactors Membrane Technologies Nanofiltration Process Engineering Calculations Reverse Osmosis Ultrafiltration Water Chemistry Analysis Water System Design Water Treatment Processes

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in water treatment or process engineering. Must have strong expertise in membrane technologies and proficiency with water treatment design software.
