Job summary

The Senior TA Operations Specialist at GitLab is responsible for managing and configuring the TA tech stack, including ATS and AI tools, designing AI agents and automation workflows, ensuring governance and compliance, and leading technical infrastructure projects to enhance recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

Own and architect the full TA technology infrastructure, including ATS configuration, integrations, and the development of AI agents. Lead AI governance, vendor relationships, and the technical roadmap to improve recruiting efficiency and compliance.
