Job summary

The role of Care Assistant involves providing person-centered care to residents, supporting their independence, managing their behavior, assisting with nutrition and hydration, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities, while maintaining accurate care plans in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Requires previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, positivity, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
