Job summary

A Team Leader role within the Motor claims department, responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing trends, developing process improvements, and managing client and customer relations.

Responsibilities

The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of work quality and ensuring service delivery targets are met within the Motor’s Capture, FNOL & Administration department. Duties include conducting internal audits, analyzing trends, identifying training needs, and preparing management information reports.

Candidates must possess demonstrable leadership capability and comprehensive experience in managing motor insurance claims. Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve organizational objectives are essential.
