Job summary

The Trust & Compliance Operations Manager will own and streamline the vendor diligence process, managing data rooms, trust centers, and key responses to accelerate sales cycles and build trust in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

The manager will own the end-to-end vendor due diligence process, including VDDQs, RFPs, and RFIs, to streamline sales cycles. They will also maintain a centralized knowledge base and data room to ensure accurate, audit-ready compliance information for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration Customer Communication Data Room Management Knowledge Base Management Process Building RFP/RFI Response Security & Compliance Security & Privacy Frameworks Vendor Due Diligence (VDDQ)

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience managing VDDQs/RFPs/RFIs in a regulated B2B SaaS environment. A strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF is required.
