Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security to lead security strategy, initiatives, and integration across products, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure security standards and risk management in the development of autonomous vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

You will drive security strategy and initiatives across the organization, acting as a bridge between security and product teams to integrate security into the product development lifecycle. This includes defining security features, managing cross-functional dependencies, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure product integrity.

Qualifications

Cross-functional Leadership Cybersecurity Hardware Security Product Management Program Management Risk Management Security Compliance Security Governance Security Standards (ISO21434) Security Strategy

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in technical product or program management, preferably within the automotive or autonomous vehicle domain. A bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field is required, along with strong leadership skills and experience in cybersecurity.
