Job summary

Lead and manage a team of Fraud Investigators during overnight shifts, ensuring high performance, engagement, and adherence to policies. Provide coaching, handle performance and wellbeing issues, and support fraud prevention and detection efforts in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

You will lead and coach a team of 12 Fraud Investigators to ensure high performance, wellbeing, and adherence to service levels. You will also manage formal performance and absence processes while fostering an empathetic and high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and people management experience with deep subject matter expertise in fraud. You must be able to provide actionable feedback, resolve complex technical escalations, and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
