Job summary

The Data Center Technician will maintain hardware, monitor and troubleshoot hardware and network systems, ensure proper configuration of data center infrastructure, and collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth data center operations in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot data center hardware, including server, storage, and network infrastructure. Create installation standards and monitor onsite hardware to ensure stability and resolve support tickets.

Qualifications

Cabling and structured wiring Capacity planning Critical infrastructure systems DCIM software Environmental monitoring Hardware maintenance Linux administration Networking (Ethernet, InfiniBand) Power distribution Troubleshooting

Requires 2+ years of data center experience with strong Linux administration and networking skills. Must be able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and possess strong analytical communication skills.
