Job summary

Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with treatment plans, and providing basic nursing care.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Follow each resident’s or patient’s treatment plan, assisting with meals, transfers, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold current Connecticut nurse aide certification. CPR certification is also required.
