Job summary

Assist customers with home improvement products, answer questions, handle merchandise, process orders, and support store departments.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in locating and selecting products to meet their home improvement needs. Maintain store inventory by down stocking merchandise and ensuring orders are processed accurately.

Qualifications

Basic Math Communication Skills Cross-training Customer Interaction Customer Service Merchandise Handling Merchandise Preparation Order Processing Replenishment

Requires at least 6 months of experience using computers and common retail technology. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods and lifting at least 25 lbs.
