Job summary

FACEGYM is looking for a passionate Studio Support Trainer to deliver facial workouts, support client experiences, manage studio operations, and potentially step into a Studio Lead role across multiple London locations. The role combines hands-on facial training, customer service, retail sales, and operational support, requiring excellent communication, skincare knowledge, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Deliver signature facial workouts and provide exceptional client experiences while managing front-of-house operations. Support studio efficiency through retail sales, booking management, and maintaining high hygiene and brand standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Booking Management Client Relationship Building Communication Skills Customer Service Facial Treatments Hygiene Standards Interpersonal Skills Retail Sales Stock Management Team Support

Must hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent and have experience in a beauty, spa, or retail environment. Candidates must be commercially minded, flexible to travel between London studios, and capable of working weekends and holidays.
