Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a People Specialist to support performance casework, operational processes, and manager resources within their People Team, dealing with sensitive and complex HR-related situations with strong judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The People Specialist will manage sensitive performance casework, including documentation and coaching, while owning and improving operational processes for managers and People Partners. They will also partner with Leadership Design to support manager enablement programs and maintain accurate personnel data and resources.

Qualifications
