Responsibilities

Support assigned B2B customers by responding to inquiries, managing orders and samples, sharing product, pricing, inventory, and delivery information, and resolving service issues. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Planning to align customer demand with available stock and production, while supporting quotes, documentation, and account growth.

B2B experience is preferred; candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, familiarity with production planning and inventory management, and experience with ERP or CRM systems, with SAP preferred.
