Job summary

Full-time Medical Assistant in cardiology practice traveling between offices, performing clinical duties, recording medical information, and assisting with patient care and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant will support physicians by recording patient medical information, performing diagnostic tests like EKGs and stress tests, and managing daily clinical assignments. They are also responsible for assisting with patient check-in/out procedures, scheduling appointments, and following up on lab results.

Candidates must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience. Proficiency with computer systems and EMR software is required, and BLS certification is preferred.
