Job summary

Develop, implement, and optimize reliability programs to ensure plant equipment integrity, analyze equipment performance, and lead maintenance projects to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize maintenance and reliability programs, analyze equipment performance, lead root cause investigations, and implement improvements to maximize plant uptime, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate reliability projects, equipment commissioning, compliance and documentation activities, and provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

CMMS Data Analysis Equipment Performance Monitoring Mechanical Engineering Mechanical Integrity Programs Predictive Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Reliability Engineering Root Cause Analysis Vibration Analysis

An associate degree in a technical field is required; a bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, as is CAT III Vibration Analyst certification. Requires 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience, demonstrated leadership of reliability and predictive maintenance programs, equipment and mechanical integrity knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
