The Service Commercial & Technical Operations Manager oversees the commercial performance, strategic direction, and operational delivery of the medical device service business in Ireland, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

The manager is responsible for the commercial performance, strategic direction, and operational delivery of the service business across the island of Ireland. They lead the technical service team to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and growth in alignment with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device servicing or clinical engineering environments. A qualification at RQF/NQF Level 5–6 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Physics is required.
