Job summary

Responsibilities

The Care Assistant will provide person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, nutrition, and hydration needs. They are also responsible for documenting behavioral changes and facilitating social and recreational activities to improve resident well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team. While previous experience in a care home or a relevant qualification is desirable, it is not strictly required.
