Job summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety services. Documents patient information and responds to resident needs. Performs procedures, maintains supplies, and ensures safety standards. Keeps accurate records and communicates effectively with team members and charge nurses. Adapts to reassignments and continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

Provides essential patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, and safety monitoring as directed by the Charge Nurse. Documents patient information accurately and assists with daily living activities such as repositioning and vital sign recording.

Qualifications

ambulation documentation elimination hygiene nutrition patient care procedures and treatments record keeping safety vital signs

Requires an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and CPR certification. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift and move patients.
