Job summary

The Project Manager II oversees planning, execution, and closeout of electrical power field services projects. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and budget; communicating with stakeholders; identifying risks; ensuring safety and quality; and contributing to process improvements. Requires extensive project management expertise, leadership skills, and experience with electrical power or field services.

Responsibilities

Manage Field Services projects from planning through closeout, delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Oversee project financials, customer and internal stakeholder communication, risk and change management, compliance, process improvement, and mentoring of junior project staff.

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and at least seven years of project management experience, including three years in electrical power, EPC, testing and commissioning, or field services. Candidates should have experience managing budgets, forecasts, margins, and change orders; familiarity with CRM/ERP and scheduling tools; strong communication and technical skills; and a valid driver's license with ability to travel.
