Responsibilities

The registered nurse provides patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practice. They collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while managing patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Assessment and diagnosis Basic Life Support (BLS) Communication skills Cultural awareness Discharge planning Health information documentation Medication administration Patient and family education Patient care RN license

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active RN license in the state of practice. A BLS certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
