Job summary

The Marketing Analytics Manager at Baseten is responsible for establishing marketing decision-making processes using data, building data models, creating dashboards, and developing understanding of customer usage to optimize marketing efforts across acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities

You will establish the marketing data foundation by ingesting and modeling data across various platforms to measure success across the entire customer funnel. Additionally, you will design dashboards and analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights for marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

A/B Testing APIs Automation Customer Journey Mapping Data Analysis Data Pipelines GTM Marketing Platforms Multitouch Attribution SQL

The role requires 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics with deep SQL fluency and proficiency in modern data stack tools. Candidates should have a strong track record of connecting data across CRM, web, and product systems to optimize customer journeys.
