Job summary

The Senior HCM Implementation Consultant manages end-to-end deployment of Dayforce HCM, focusing on solution design, configuration, and client support. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of HR, time & attendance, and payroll functionalities, often in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation Consultant leads the design and delivery of Dayforce HCM solutions, managing customer requirements from discovery through to deployment. They provide strategic oversight to project teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and ensure successful configuration and testing of the platform.

Qualifications

Client engagement Communication skills HCM implementation Problem-solving Project management SaaS/cloud computing Solution design SQL Technical guidance Web services (RESTful APIs)

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in HCM application consulting or 3+ years specifically with Dayforce HCM. Proficiency in relational database systems, SQL, XML, and web services technologies is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
