Job summary

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in hospice providing patient-centered end-of-life care, supporting multiple branches, and adapting to new teams and environments with extensive travel requirements.

Responsibilities

The Travel Hospice RN will provide skilled nursing care and develop individualized care plans for patients in various hospice branches. They will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications
