Job summary

The Residential Assistant Maintenance Supervisor leads and supervises maintenance and janitorial teams, oversees repairs across various building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements, and ensures safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily duties of maintenance and janitorial teams to ensure asset integrity and resident satisfaction. Manage unit turnovers, coordinate with outside contractors, and oversee maintenance budgetary spending.

Qualifications

Appliances Carpentry Drywall Electrical HVAC Mechanical Systems Plumbing Structural Troubleshooting

Requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations are essential.
