The Maintenance Technician ensures equipment uptime by troubleshooting and repairing various production and auxiliary machinery, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and water filtration equipment in a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production, facility, and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum uptime. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical issues and document all repairs and parts usage.

Qualifications

Control systems Electrical systems Fabrication (welding, cutting) Hydraulic systems Mechanical repair PLC programming Pneumatic systems Preventive maintenance Schematics interpretation Troubleshooting

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment and the ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Proficiency with shop tools, precision measuring equipment, and basic computer software is required.
